I’m Giacomo, a wedding and documentary photographer with a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florence – a background that deeply informs the way I observe people and moments.
My work has been exhibited at leading international photography festivals, including Miami, San Francisco, London, Milan, Arles, and Brussels.
With empathy, full commitment, and honesty, I photograph the wedding day from its very beginning, remaining fully present as each chapter unfolds.
By your side throughout the day, I create a coherent and personal visual narrative, crafted around what truly matters.

WHAT/HOW


Documentary and street photography shape the way I see and photograph the world. They have trained me to wait, stay receptive, and recognise the moments that matter as they naturally unfold. My approach is centered on preserving the genuine rhythm of your day, allowing events and emotions to emerge without intrusion.

When guidance becomes helpful, such as during your couple portraits, I step in with a calm and considered presence, offering subtle direction that brings an editorial refinement while keeping everything effortless and natural. The intention is always the same: to create images that feel honest and alive, elevated by a careful sensitivity to light, composition, and emotional depth.

My work is not simply about taking pictures; it reflects my full attention, dedication, and presence, meant for those who truly value creativity and individuality. To give each couple my absolute best, I intentionally accept only a limited number of weddings each year. This allows me the time to recharge, stay inspired, and approach every story with clarity and care.

I know I won’t be the right fit for everyone, and that is by design. I choose to work with couples who feel aligned with my vision and values, because that connection is what makes the experience meaningful for both of us. If we recognize ourselves in the same way of seeing, you can expect a journey shaped with intention, trust, and something genuinely memorable.

Enhance the collection with additional film magic or extend your coverage to include extra events. Personalise it to create a wedding experience that’s truly yours.

I’ll join you at the welcome dinner or any extra event you wish to quietly document the warmth, the toasts, and the moments that set the tone for everything to come.

If you’re drawn to the feel of real film, this one’s for you. I’ll shoot some rolls of 35mm on my Leica M6: color, black & white, or a mix, depending on what suits you best. You’ll receive high-resolution scans that keep all the texture and soul of analog.

Should you wish to have an additional photographer, there is no issue whatsoever. I will arrange for a trusted professional to join and assist me in my work.

If you want more coverage, this is my rate for every extra hour.

If you love prints, I can provide you with some stunning fine art wedding albums.

While the standard turnaround is approximately 4 months, this upgrade ensures your photos are delivered within just 1 month.

QUESTIONS?

Since each event is unique, you may ask for a custom quote. Send me an inquiry, and I’ll be happy to explore it further with you.

Absolutely! I love traveling and am always ready for new adventures. To give you an idea, the farthest wedding I’ve photographed was in New Zealand, so nowhere feels too far! (Unless, of course, you’re planning to tie the knot in Antarctica!).
Please note that travel costs are not included in the packages.

A sneak peek of 50 images will be delivered within one week of your wedding date. Your full gallery will be ready within 3 to 4 months.

I work on a first-come, first-served basis. You can book me by sending me an email to confirm your date. I’ll guide you through the process and help you choose the best option for your needs. Once you’ve made your choice, a 30% deposit will be required to secure your date.

My approach to your wedding day is rooted in empathy and spontaneity, creating a relaxed and authentic experience that reflects your unique personality and desires as a couple. I focus on capturing the natural flow of the day, documenting meaningful moments as they unfold without interfering with the rhythm of your celebration.

When a little guidance is needed – like during your couple portraits – I’ll gently step in to provide direction or recommendations, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. My goal is to preserve your memories as they truly happened, enhanced by a thoughtful attention to lighting, composition, and emotion.

I primarily shoot digitally, using the latest Leica and Canon cameras and lenses to ensure the highest quality. However, I have a deep appreciation for the timeless beauty of film photography, and I’m thrilled to include it in my work. My packages already include some rolls of 35mm film, adding a unique, nostalgic touch to your collection.
